You can use just plain mashed avocado. It is highly moisturizing for dry skin. Don't use it if you have oliy skin. If you do I recommend using strawberries instead.

avacado is good for dry skin. yes you can just buy it at the store. It turns brown when exposed to the air though. Dry flakey skin = avacado with a FEW drops of lemon juice (not very much) and then then mixed with some non-instant oatmeal. (don't use the flavored packs of oatmeal though.) Use as a face scrub. Keeps in the frige for several days in an airtight container.

Avocado makes a great moisturizer for dry hair. just massage 1/2 cup mashed avocado into damp hair,cover with towel,rinse after 30 min.Makes hair shiny,too.

yes you can just use avocado for you skin it makes your skin beautiful and glow so that you probably won't need make-up just to let you know if you wash your face with dove soap your skin will be gorgeous flawless cucumber for your eyes don't worry what other people thinkg it's your skin

arbonne has products with avacado extracts that work awesome but as far as going to the store and mashing,um don't know. the stuff arbonne has, has other ingredients that work to moisturize your skin they work great. my arbonne lady will help you i recommend her for everything!!she helped my skin more than i can express
