We went to Cornwall once and saw the strange formation of rocks and cave called 'The Devil's Bum' or something. It made a very strange noise as the waves crashed in.

For Sights you could try "askjeeves" and look for "images" and this will give you pictures to add to your portpholio!
Sound wise I'm afraid I cant help you even though I live beside the Sea, Sorry!

Well you'll hear gulls and maybe people skimming rocks. Dogs, people paddling, you'll see rocks, fish n chips, ice-cream etc.
