I am 39 weeks and 2 days pregnant and feel this baby will never come. I have not had any prelabour signs at all. I am just wondering if anyone has just gone into labour without any warning/signs at all?? I just really don't want to be induced.

I was 40 weeks 3 days pregnant and I thought I was going to be pregnant forever lol. I lost my mucus plug a few weeks back but nothing else. Just one day I woke up with contractions and with in a few hours I went to the hospital. But it still took another 24 hrs for him to appear lol. Oh and my water never broke they had to do it.

Don't worry! The baby will come. No pregnancy ever lasted forever. It feels endless toward the end because you're uncomfortable and ready, but take it easy. If the baby's not ready, he/she is not ready. You will experience SOME sign before labor. You might have some spotting, you might feel extremely tired, you might feel some back pain, some contractions on and off, the baby will get less active....but eventually real labor will show itself. Try walking a lot these last few days. Go to the mall. Get your mind off it. Make sure you're ready to go to the hospital at a moment's notice and have your cell phone with you at all times. You're gonna see your little one any day now!

My daughter was 6 days early and I didn't have any of the common pre-labor symptoms. I didn't have diarrhea, didn't feel the baby drop, no bloody show, nothing. The only thing I did have was my mucous plug coming out, but that started about a month before I went into labor. Don't worry, the baby will come. Sometimes, they just....come! With my first pregnancy, I didn't have any prelabor signs. Nothing and then while laying in bed, my water broke. Then with my second one, I also never had prelabor signs and my labor started at 8am and I had her at 12:14. I was very confused because my water didn't break so I really had no idea what to look for. I didn't even know what braxton hicks felt like. Try walking for a period of time each day. That helped me.

I had to be induced with my first at 37 weeks (pre-eclampsia) and it sucks. He just wasn't ready to come out!
With my second I had no notice at all, I was talking to my sister on the phone and had a small contraction then another a few minutes later. By the time we got to the hospital at 5:05pm my daughter was born at 5:25pm. I actually had to check in after she was born.

yea lol. with my last son who is now 4 ( was my second pregnancy), I went in for a routine appointment, and i was 37 weeks and as i was getting ready to leave, something told me just to ask the dr to check me to see if i was starting to dialate at all or not (i gave birth to my first son at 36 weeks) when he checked me he told me i needed to get to the hos asap and he would meet me there, i was already at 7. And i was up walking around, very comfortable and didnt even realize i was in labor!!! it was crazy, when i got to the hos, the dr said means i was 7 he was going to break my water and get things moving. He broke my water and i had my son about an hour later LOL. crazy fast and pretty painless :)

One hour later, she grew to become into born. The 0.33, I had ordinary cramps each and every 5 minutes for a pair hours while i assumed I could be checked. Well i dont think i had many of them. Basically what happened was it was 2 am on my due date and my water broke. No warning at all, didnt know it was coming.
