That's a good questioned. I saw yesterday were Cassie had a gun though but in Springfield you never know. Good show though right. I Figured Reva did so that Jonathon could come back to town. That's on idea and I still cant figure out why Lizzie hand blood on her hands. And you cant forget that Phillip is still alive and Allen did shoot him so it would only be fair that he shoot him back.
