Home daycare. And after close to 15 years...no, I hate it.
Right now, I only have my niece and when she is in first grade fulltime....Im DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm glad you love your job....that is so important.
I liked mine, until I had to deal with my s-i-l everyday :(
