As far as I know Vista Home Premium does not support two processors, i.e. to make use of two processors you need Vista Business or Ultimate.
How about dual-core processors? I seem to remember having read that Home Premium will run with dual core processors, but will only make use of one core ... is that true?

Yes you can run vista home premium on dual-core processors. I know this because, well...., im running it right now. =)

It works perfectly fine, i can run programs, set affinity (specific programs run on specific cores) and everything.

I am running AMD Athlon X2.

Premium will run on dual core processors, i cannot see why it wont run on two cores. Why do you want two processors anyway, all you need is a single core, dual processor; acts the smae. Premium makes use of both cores in the one processor.

Before getting vista, you might want to read up on it first.
