NBC.com just wait til like the next day. And find the show... then click watch entire episode. There are like 6 very short (30 seconds) commercial breaks, but it is better than watching it on tv in my opinion.

I believe that this is one of the shows offered on www.nbc.com the day after it airs on TV.
This is, of course, if you live in the United States. I don't think it's available anywhere else.
