1. make neighbors dog quit barking at night.
That pretty much covers everything i would change. I live in a much better neighborhood now, then when i was a kid.

I live in a community of hundred year old (modified) shingled cottages on the beach, on an island, in New England.
It might be nice to have a resurfacing job on the road, but beyond that, I wouldn't change a thing

Have 24 hour cops patrolling all the time.
make a lot of recreational facilities like gyms, parks and stuff like that.
Make sure water filtration systems are up to date and working well.

I live in Portland. I would make some of the streets have sidewalks, I would at a Giant bass lake in the middle of it, I would stop all new developments.

Ah'd make the trees grow faster, the soil drain better, and have more berries growing about. You can tell Iive in the sticks.

I would want to see more neighbors going to church

Broken trees need to be cut down, still bad since our tornado...

1)A neighborhood where everyone helps everyone. 2)Larger yards for everyone. 3)Everyone would be nude.
