Hello! Odd question here, but I'll give it a go! Well, since Adam sinned God's warning to him that in the day he'd eat he would surely die. Yes, Adam lived for over 900 years... yet he and NO other human being will live over 1000 years. In God's view a thousand years as as a day, so God's warning was right. So no one can live even a tenth of the time you've given, but for the length a person is given he can have recollections though some may be more faint or vague. Now those who've left this world and entered Heaven where God reigns on high... they will live far, far longer than 10,000 years with continual bliss and joy. How's that friend?

Yes, they will remember the most impactful events of the last 10,000 years, and particulary the events of the last year especially well.

As far as we know, the brain does not have a memory limit, although we do forget things that aren't important, vivid or recent all the time.

Some people would. I remember every event I choose to remember from the time I was two years old - some 48 years ago. When people tell me they "don't remember", I tend not to believe them. By what mental process do people actually forget things?

Well, if the normal lifespan of a person were to grow to that extreme, would the brain adapt to remember? We only use 10% of our brain's capability now, so why not? Would a normal everyday person remember everything? Most likely not. Memories are more like a movie of highlights and blunders. He/she would remember them as we remember things. At least that is what I believe it would be like.

I doubt it. As people age, their memories get worse. They would need extensive documentation of important events in their lives in order to keep track of the vast number of memories.

The person may be able to remember, if she places special meaning to the memory....but, still will not be able to remember where she left her keys or what she had for dinner last night.

Yes, I think so. If the Lord allows a person to live that long, then he has to tell about it. He has lived that long for a reason.
