Would i have to put the new one in the same spot as the old one, in order to use the well and septic that is already there?

You can put it anywhere on the property you will just have to extend the pipe(well and septic) to the new mobile home. Or you can spend more money and get a new septic and well but its way cheaper just to dig up the well and septic and extend the pipe.

I guess, unless you put in a new septic system and new well, or maybe extend pipes for the well. Depends how far from the existing services you already have that you plan on moving.

More than likely, yes. If you didn't, it would probably be a lot of additional expense.
