They are two different things. When women have sex they make their own "juices" to lubricate everything, some are thicker than others...so no just because a woman "c*ms" doesn't mean she has had an orgasm.

Obviously, you aren't the only one who needed an answer to this question. Yes, having an orgasm and cumm_ng are the same thing. Just different words. One word is politically correct and one isn't. When in the throes of passion, most women aren't going to say "OMG baby, I having an orgasm". LOL She's going to say OMG baby, I'm cumm_ng.
