There is a married couple. The man or woman is bisexual. He or she sleeps with someone of the same sex. Would you consider this cheating?

I believe a relationship or marriage is a partnership, an agreement if you will. If one of the members is knowingly with another person of the same or opposite sex, then they probably have an agreement that the action is ok. To cheat is to decieve, lie or conceal, is it cheating if you have permission and the other person knows about it? My husband does not mind that I am with a woman from time to time, so long as he knows about it (and can watch).

It would depend on your definition of cheating. If he/she knows and accepts that his/her spouse is having sex with someone else, then I would say that it is not cheating...adultery yes, cheating no.

It is if the other party does not know or approve of it. Once it is done with the "blessing" or approval of the other party , it cannot be considered cheating anymore.

Yes, 100% cheating - and risky behavior!

Yes. Unless their husband or wife had agreed to an open relationship in which case it would be moot.
