I was just wondering about this, since I've heard countless times that the questions in the College Board's Official SAT Study Guide are a bit easier than the ones on the real test. I'm using this guide right now to study for my upcoming SAT exam, but I was also thinking about signing up for the online course for additional practice. I just want to make sure before I go about and waste $60.

This may be off topic but: Does anyone have any good tips to studying SAT Math? I've been practicing questions and reading guides, but I was wondering if there was something additional that I could do to boost my score.

Thanks for the help!

The collegeboard questions are about equal to the questions on the SAT exam (which makes sense seeing as they are the ones who create the exam), but they are not the same exact questions--just the thought process is similar.

To study the SAT math portion I would take online practice SAT math tests. Just practice, practice, practice for the math. You must really understand they only want you to think for the math portion.

In my experience as an SAT prep teacher, the College Board questions are easier. For math, you should do practice problems, but don't forget to review all the formulas from your past. Geometry, quadratics, etc.

they are honestly about the same. the thing is, the SAT may seem harder because you are sitting in that room for practically ever. studying for math shouldn't be too hard. Just review your geometry, algebra, and formulas.
