Go to My Computer, right click on your C: drive and select Properties. In the window that pops up, click on Disk Cleanup and make sure that Temporary Internet Files is one of the check boxes selected, then run it. It should get rid of your temp files and most cookies.

Rt click explorer choose property, click delete cookies delete files,
than click clear history and you are done.
Another way, search Temp & Temprorary files Folder on "C" and delete their their contents, you will not only get rid of cache but so many spywares also.
