You should not take any drugs until you know what it is.
Go to a clinic or a doctor to find out for sure. If you take drugs they may not be able to tell for sure. If you are in pain they should be able to help in some way. White discharge is usually associated with yeast infection (which is normal, happens to a lot of women and sometimes for no reason) but the cramping I don't know about. So check it out with a doctor to be sure. Especially if it's increasing. No need to put up with pain.

If the pain is increasing then go see the doc and get checked out.

it is normal because a woman can still cramp up to two weeks before and after. if it still hurts, then please see your gynecologist. take midol to help relieve the pain. also, you might be going to the next cycle of your period.

See your doctor. Nobody here can diagnose you or tell you what to do. It could be as simple as a mild infection or it could be something else.

have you had unprotected sex? If so, looks like one of the first signs of pregnancy. If you haven't tell your mother to take you to the doctor.
