Yes, they can and do... everyone's built differently... some generate more than others and it has to come out sometime...
Especially if he gets worked up and doesn't finish or gets flirted with all day.
Give him zinc supplements and then cut him off but flirt with him, and he'll have em all the time lol. ;)

Actually, I never even had a wet dream until about a year ago. I'm twenty-one years old. I really liked it. I wish it would happen again.

Yes teenagers and grown men have wet dreams. It happens to me occasionally but not as often as when I was around puberty.

actualy, any male of sexual maturity can have a wet dream.
arousal while asleep, with the right amount of stimulation, which actually doesnt have to be much, can cause a wet dream.
it shouldnt happen too much to sexually active males, if at all, but it can occur now and then.

Yes, it can still happen.
If I haven't had sex or masturbated for a while it sometimes occurs or if I've been very aroused during the day but not done anything about it.

I stopped a long time ago. And I'm not sexually active at all.
I think there's something wrong with me. But dont' worry, I'll be okay. Sometimes - but it's really rare. I think I'm broken.
