I have a really important test coming up... the LSATS.

It's generally easy for me to fall asleep all days except the night before a big test. I get test anxiety and my mind can't rest. Any advice on how to get a better night's sleep?

Don't read or study anything at least 30min to an hour before you go to sleep, and try to drink some warm milk or something that soothes you. Also just think that you've done all that you can and there's nothing more you can study or do before the test...and just know that you're going to kick butt! That'll help ya sleep. Good luck with the exam coming up!!!
