Superstar. I loved it on Tommy Boy when Chris Farley and David Spade were driving and they kept changing the station because they didn't like the music and then this song plays and they are like "you can change it if you want" and the other guy is "no if you want to go ahead" and then the next scene has them singing at the top of their lungs and Chris Farley crying. Classic.

Poor Karen Carpenter, I hear she died of anorexia.
And poor Mamma Cass, form the Mommas and the Pappas, who did California Dreamin', and some other lovely melodic songs. I understand she died when she choked on a ham sandwich.
Have you thought for a moment..? IF they could only have SHARED that sandwich, they might both be alive today.
Life is short and precious.

Sweet, Sweet Smile
And to clear it up...Mama Cass died of a HEART ATTACK. She DID NOT choke on a ham sandwich...she was Jewish and couldn't eat ham. I wish some people would learn the facts and ignore the myths.

"We've Only just Begun." Originally, it was written as an ad for a bank, of all things!
