The beer hall putsch was a failed rabble rousing attempt to bring the Nazis to light. Mein Kampf was Adolf Hitler's "book" which was basically a 400 page anti-Semitic rant. It wasn't taken seriously when it was first published. People poked fun of Hitler's poor writing ability because his thoughts would jump from one paragraph to another without any real connection between the two.
Even after reading Mein Kampf, British PM Neville Chamberlain believed that negotiating Hitler would be the best for Europe. Well, that didn't work out too well after Hitler took Czechoslovakia and Poland. Chamberlain resigned in disgrace and Churchill took over.

The Munich Putsch, or "Beer Hall Putsch", was an attempted coup by the Nazi Party in November 1923.
Hitler's then fledgling Nazi Party tried unsuccessfully to take power, declaring a national revolution and portraying themselves as the people's voice. In truth, there was much discontent at the seemingly impotent Weimar Republic - anger over the defeat in the Great War.
The German economy was ruined, and the crushing reparation payments demanded by the victorious allies did not help. Extremism thrived in the crisis and Hitler won some support amongst several "classes".
The revolt was put down by superior force and Hitler imprisoned. The future fuhrer used his trial as a showcase, branding the Weimar politicians traitors to the German people.
Whilst imprisoned, he wrote "Mein Kampf" (or: My Struggle) - this was part-autobiography, a collection of his political thoughts and some inane ramblings on society and war.
I have read the original text (in German) and the translation. It is truly awful, in terms of content and style. But it was later highly influential and most German citizens owned a copy. It might be considered the "Bible" of Nazism.
These were formative years for the Nazis.

"Mein Kampf" translates as "My Struggle" and was written by Adolf Hitler during the early days of the Nazi movement in the 1920s. When he came to power in the 1930s the tome became required reading, second only to the bible in German homes. Having read a copy during the course of my research on World War 2, I can report that it is boring and practically unreadable.
The Munich Putsch is the event that first brought the Nazi party to prominence when they tried (unsuccesfully) to stage a coup, and one of those early Nazis, a certain "A. Hitler" was caught for his part in this plot and imprisoned. It was while he was imprisoned that he dictated "Mein Kampf" to his secretary Rudolf Hess.
A google search for either word could tell you far more than I ever could!

Mein Kampf was written by Adolf Hitler during his time in prison BEFORE he became a power in Germany.
and its Munich Putsch...or in English...Beer Hall Putsh...it was a failed coup d'état that occurred between the evening of Thursday, November 8 and the early afternoon of Friday, November 9, 1923, when the Nazi party's Führer Adolf Hitler, the popular World War I General Erich Ludendorff, and other leaders of the Kampfbund, unsuccessfully tried to gain power in Munich, Bavaria, and Germany. It happens to be the reason for Hitlers imprisonment.
