I'm guessing unlawful delivery is posessing/selling/delivering of a controlled substance (drugs)

That's actually a great job for an ex-con to recover with. Good pay, good hours, lots of stuff to add to the resume.

As for unlawful delivery, that doesn't necessarally mean that a car was even involved. You can make a "delivery" on foot.

More often than not, it referrs to the transportation and dropping off of stolen property.

Yes, it is OK to hire a felon. I don't know what "unlawful delivery" is.

I think that it is okay to hire a felon. When someone gets locked up in jail because of a felony, it is so hard for them to start over in life afterwards. My boyfriend is a felony offender and he has tried so hard since he got out of jail to get a good job, but it seems impossible for him to do so since he has felonys on his record. It's like, they don't want you to make the mistake and end up with a felony, but if you do, it's like they don't give you a chance to start over. So, Yes I feel like everyone should get the benifit of the doubt, and get that second chance to start over.

Sure...OK to hire one. But not do or sell drugs. Dangerous for all on the job.
