out on yahoo answers? I mean what's the point? I realize that it's a place to voice your opinions but if you have racial issues then that means your beyond any help anyone could probably ever give you on here. So what's the point? Is it just to see if you can make everybody else life as miserable as yours obviously is or what? Because some people hate so bad until their at the point of no return of getting to know people for people but why do they try to take everybody else along for the ride? Because it's not like it's a pretty site or something.

They don't have any real people that listen to them.
In real life, the people around them realize that they're idiots, and tune them out.
But, on Yahoo! Answers, they know that they'll get a rise out of most people.
I believe the colloquial word for this type of person is 'loser'.

I can't stand racism we are all people, we all have the some feelings, thoughts and ideas about everything. We all have blood running through our bodies. How else would you that it was human too if it didn't have all the features of a human. People suck, haters die with hateful hearts. I choose stand up for against issues like this. I'm white and I can't stand rascism and hate just drives me up the wall. See you got me started. I broke up with a guy because he had rasict tendencies that I never knew that he had. Some people just want to voice their opinions to put other people down because thier either jealous or they want to feel cool about verbally bashing something.
I hate the person not the race. For me one one apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch.

I'd say is also because they are affraid of getting to know something else outside their own race. Maybe jealousy has a big part to do with that, they might see people of different races being more succesful than they are so what's left but to hate on that you know.Talk about a narrow mindyou know.
Also behind a keyboard and a monitor anybody can be anything they want you know, which is sad but oh well, we are not all perfect, otherwise it would be boring lol

Good question - but no really firm answer to the problem as long as the human race has such ignorant people who enjoy hatred. Life is so short, it's such a shame there a those who chose to have a bad day by involving racism into their daily lives. It not only hurts other people who are not strong willed enough to shake off racial remarks, but also slowly kills the spirit of the person giving them. And the most remarkable thing, is the person giving them is so blind, he cannot even see what he's doing to himself.

They feel empowered due to a degree of anonymity. It’s like that a lot of places on the internet. People can hide behind their keyboard and say anything they want with out repercussions. In a real world setting these same people are generally very meek and mild and would not confront anyone.

Well I'm a white boy and everytime I make a comment that might be considered negative about a race i get branded a racist no matter what.
However if a non white person blatantly comes out and makes a racist comment its "OKAY" and not frowned upon.
Ive had enough about that..its sickening!
So give em hell and make em miserable!
No mah daddy wasnt a slave owner or anything..we came to USA in the 60s and respected everyone!
I'm first generation american!
So get with da program!

I don't know. Some people think they can get away with it. Maybe it's because they are not face to face with people. Even so the ones that are face to face with people still react stupid towards people that are not in their race group. It's the way they were raised. If you ask me schools don't make it any better. Take a sociology class, that should answer your question.

People that are racist think it's amusing and funny to offend people. They get a kick out of making others fume and the moment someone else chimes in with similar thoughts it just gets ten times worse. Trust me I have plenty of racist people in my family that I have to deal with hearing things from. The plus side to that is that we're allowed to physically harm our own family for using slurs...they don't press charges.

They come on here because there will be no consequences for saying what you like on here (except account deletion but they just make another 5 mins later). It's anonymous too so nobody will know it;s them. And if they did it in real life they could get beat up for what they say.

Because alot people see the internet as a place to say or do whateva dey want without gettn hurt. They say whateva dey want without having to by physically hurt or whateva. Personally, I dont like racist comments at all.
