Yes, your ovaries will still produce eggs. The eggs cannot produce a baby though, you need a uterus for the fertilized egg to implant and grow.

A female is born with all the eggs that she will ever have. Each month hormones cause eggs to begin ripening and moving down the Fallopian tubes towards the uterus. A person without a uterus but who has a uterus will still have undeveloped eggs in the ovaries. Egg cells can be removed from the ovaries and fertilized in vitro then implanted in a surrogate mother. An older woman may have less cytoplasm in her egg cells and there may be a greater risk of abnormal development of the embryo.
The egg cells (oocytes) are aspirated using an ultrasound and a syringe with the woman under IV sedation (Versed). The procedure takes about a half hour.

After my hysterectomy they left my ovaries so I can tell you what I was told. You still drop eggs but they have nowhere to "bake so there won't be a bun in the oven" cause your missing your oven. (the uterus) The eggs get absorbed in your tummy somewhere. I am not sure exactly where but that is what I was told. I still have PMS symptoms and everything... just no periods. Hope this helped a little. good luck.

It would depend on a multitude of factors. Were you born without a uterus or was it removed?
It would take some testing and labwork to see if you have Functional ovaries if you were born without a uterus. There may be other congenital issues involved.

I had a friend who was born with only a piece of a uterus so she couldn't have babies, but since she had her ovaries that worked they were able to get eggs from her and mix them with her husbands sperm to have a seragant mother carry the baby (or babies). Now she has twins :-)
of course there is a high chance of multiples :-)

yes, if your ovaries are intact, but since there's no uterus they just disolve.
