pokemon yellow. what do i do after badge 2?

i have got badge to and defeated all the people on the Nugget Bridge and through the park thing. but now what? i cant find bill to congratulate him! please help me!!!

Bills house is directly east of nuggest bridge. You'll have to face a number of trainers. Enter the house you see and then once you help him out he'll give you the ticket to the S.S. Anne.
