What is the difference between a player and a slut?

This is so unfair............................., a guy that have sex with more than 5 girls is know as the player, but a girl that have sex with 3 men is know for being a slut! Please anwser me.

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. Society has many hypocrisies. This is one of them. More a carry over from times past when women were more like property. Which is why a man had to pay a bride-price if he violated a woman. Because taking her virginity made her less in worth.

Another side is a woman was suppose to hold a higher moral standard them men. They were not to be as carnal, and hedonistic. In ancient times men had many women but women seldom, if any, had many husbands. And sadly society(specially these days)want to place so much on how desirable a person is by the amount of sex they get. The logic seem to be self-defeating. If a man need women to fulfill his stature, if women acted chaise as they suppose to be, there would not be enough to go around, less the w****s who are like the town bicycle; everyone gets a ride.

But to balance that, women get the power to decide if a man is or is not a father in spite of which way he fills about it.

Society promotes male promiscuity as normal and acceptable. On the other hand, women are taught to be demure, chaste, virginal and to only have sex when marriage or at least love is involved. A guys masculinity is judged based on how many women he sleeps with, while a women's purity is based on how few men she sleeps with.
