Lying under oath that he divulged Joe Wilson's wife 's name who was a CIA operative and trying to blame Tim Russert .

IF you recall some time ago there was an article where a journalist questioned some of the administrations claims about Iraq and it's WMD's. He said that there were none. Then shortly after this article was published, the authors wife, who happened to be an under cover agent in the CIA, had her identify leaked to the press, making it impossible for her to work undercover anymore. At that point people starting talking about who leaked her name, and fingers began pointing towards Karl Rove and Dick Cheney. Eventually they traced it back to Dick Cheneys aide Scooter Libby. Scooter was put under oath and made to testify about this case. He essentially said that he knew nothing about it.
THIS trial accused him of lying under oath, because they believed that he DID know something about it and that he was lying before when he said he didn't. The jury has now found him guilty.

Same thing Billy Bob Clinton was guilty of, lying under oath...but who knows if the verdict was not influenced by the media...only way a person would not have known about this is if they had been under a rock for a year or two...
