It will heal but it takes time. Try putting bacitracin or neosporin on it. Also sex and masturbation are a no-no at this point. Right now you want it to heal itself, and that will only aggravate it. If you can, try wearing really loose fitting boxers or nothing (if you can) to alleviate irritation. Give it a few days, but you should be back to yourself in no time. If at any point it becomes swollen, hot to the touch, really red or starts to ooze ANY kind/color of discharge, seek attention immediately as this is a sign of infection.

Yes, it'll heal by itself in a week or two. Until then, refrain from sexual activity and try not to touch the area unless you're washing it during a shower. After a shower, you can put a some lotion with aloe on your foreskin to help keep it moist and elastic; if it heals and scars, that's bad. A little lotion should do the trick. Antibiotic creams could be an idea too, but is probably unnecessary.

Next time to prevent this problem, use a little lube or go gentler on your foreskin.

If the break is not too bad, and you try to leave it alone while it heals, then it should be OK in a couple of weeks. If it is a major tear, then you may need a couple of stitches to keep the skin together while it heals. I would see a doctor for an assessment if it is still bleeding.

ouch man, it's not a great feeling. It will take about a week to heal just don't use it in a way that might cause infection or break the skin again. The same thing happen to me a few years ago so i can relate.

yes, it will heal, but was the split traumatic or not?
if it was traumatic, it will take longer...if you did it with a pair of scissors, it will heal faster...but leave it alone...the more that you manipulate it, the harder it is for granulation tissue to form sealing the edges of the wounds...

Yikes! I would think that it will heal on it's own since it has stopped bleeding. You might want to call your primary care physician, just in case.
