Does anyone remember a show where a girl is found in the ocean or on the beach, and she has this weird symbol in her left eye, and she has demonic powers, she can make people do things? I would like to know the name.

That sounds like the very short-lived "Point Pleasant" that aired last year. It was only on for about six episodes and then went off the air because it sucked. The girl was supposed to be the devil's daughter, and the main location was Point Pleasant, NJ.
I lived in NJ at the time, and lemme tell you, the kids in Point Pleasant do NOT dress and talk like that!

that was point pleasant, it went off the air so quickly i never even had a chance to see it.

It was Point Pleasent and I thought it was a really good show.... I was disappointed to see it go!
