If you haven't been sacked as yet, go and get a temp job quickly with an agency, then tell the employer you are working for that you are leaving before he can sack you.
That way too you may be temping in a job where the employer asks you to go permanent.

Don't be dishonest, but certainly don't lead with the fact that you were fired for surfing! Since you said "sacking", I will guess you are in Britain, and the economy there is doing well enough right now that many people are voluntarily changing jobs to improve their prospects for advancement, which is what you should say you are doing.
Good luck!

This is you fault and no one Else's. You are not entitled to anything except the opportunity to go out and get another job. Say you left for personal reasons and do not mention the real reason in your interviews.

Don't apply for another job. Get out there and start your own business. It is quite simple. Lots of hard work to start with and then you can surf the internet all you like.

you can't claim anything if your sacked, You don't have to say why you are not at that company any longer, but if the new firm want a reference and you haven't told them they may well find out

Sue for unfair dismissal, claim for damages & stress caused.
When you apply for another job, tell the interviewer or write down on the CV that your previous firm closed down.
