It could be clogged or you could have a hose that has broke or just come off the hose barb, or on the outside chance it could be your washer pump, which is a small pump located on the side of the washer reservoir.

this may well be varied issues... yet in my previous journey with this, I even have discovered that airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dust gets caught up interior the spray nozzle. I even have taken a cord twist tie (which you get from a food market) and stripped the paper or plastic off it. Then gently run it interior the nozzle commencing and each so often it breaks up the airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dust and works lower back, different situations I purely mandatory new nozzles. yet another element to envision, is to make particular the hose from the reservoir to the nozzle would not have a leak or it hasn't fallen off. solid success

Where do you live?

I would double check to make sure its just not frozen over with ice or clogged up with snow/dirt.

And no, the sprayers do not operate using the same motors that move the blades.
