Yes, we ate dinner one night with our old neighbors. We had real Mexican Flatas (I think it's what they called them). They were so nasty, but I continued to pick at them because I felt bad. Then I asked if I could take the rest home, I lied and said I had ate before we showed up. I insisted it wasn't because I didn't like the food. What a crock because I ended up puking the rest of the night and felt like s*hit the next day, thanks to their cooking! Yuck, never again!

My husband's grandmother's anchovy rolls. OMG. I can't stand anchovies but dang...she was persistent! And she's almost 90, and slaved over them. What was I supposed to do? I shudder at the memory.

This is a frequent occurrence when traveling overseas.

Yes.

We were served stew with what we were pretty sure was mice as a main meat ingredient.

Yes. But I don't usually eat it all. Maybe half, if I can choke it down.

nope, but I ate something at my sister-in laws home, and she only said it was a pork sandwich- and it looked sooo yummy, well I had about 2 bites, and it was kinda chunky, I ask my hubby "what is this" he wouldn't' tell me, so I ask his sister "what is this" and she told me A PIG EAR SANDWICH! yukkkkkers!
