I agree with you 100%
Fast food is nasty. All salt and grease.
McVomit, Burger Death etc.... that stuff isnt even real food. I think it is styrofoam with salt and grease applied.
Did you see the extras on the Super Size me dvd....he took McVomit fries and let them sit to see how long they would take to rot....they never did...for weeks...its plastic I tell you.

Fast food can be kind of gross but there are some healthy and clean fast food resturaunt out there! Just try a variety of places. My personal favorite is chipolte. Don't worry about your friends eating in front of you...everyone has their own opinion of things. :)

I know it's nasty for me since I watch my weight and fats. But if someone's eating it in front of me, I still crave it. I can turn it down though.

some of it is ok.Dangelos and subwat are ok.KFC once in awhile too.Not BK or Mcd's though.
