No, certainly not. If you have sex between 12th & 20th day of your menenstrual cycle, you might not get your periods only if you have conceived. but if you have sex just before getting your periods and if you are not into your fertile days, then that does not delay the periods. Irregularity due to hormonal imbalance may be one of the reasons. Stress may also delay it.

no, it makes my period come on but i have never heard of sex before your period delaying it unless ur pregnant.

My experience is that it will make it come on sooner. However, if you are late you could be pregnant. But that depend on the time period between sex and your period.

it always made it appear faster for me never delayed it and that stupid guy above cornstew i believe needs to read questions a little more thoroughly, and not answer with such grossness (best word i could think of sorry)

No...it just makes a mess like you spilt a big bowl of jello that hasn't set yet and it stains your bed or where ever you may be doing it....get the mop bucket and some pine-sol ready!

I used to think this because I was always late on my period. When really I wasn't calculating my periods correctly.

NORMALLY IT SHOULD TRIGGER YOUR PERIOD.be careful 3 days before your period and after can give you more of a chance on getting pregnant unless your trying.

Only if you're pregnant, otherwise it'd be like any other month where you get it right around the same time.
Stress can also effect it.

I know that right afterwards,,it will make it come back & also will be more able to get pregnant.You should know that pregnancy can happen anytime even on birth control.
