I think that you'll find this effective for moving content down. Sorry, I tried using normal coding for the non-blank-space but yahoo's page interpreted that as code.

Just put a couple of
tags after the body tag or you can place this into the body tag itself:
This will give you a 30 pixel spacing from the top of the browser window. Just change the number to however far you need down.

the only distinction I see is that the internet site you referenced specifies that the margin-genuine: 0 and the domicile internet site specifies margin-genuine: none. i might advise changing it to 'none' and see what happens.
