where do i go to clear cookies and to should i clear some of my blockers

if U use opera then tools>delete private date
Firefox >same as in opera
IE>tools>options>delete history.
or better install a memory washer from download.com

In your browser go to tools/options and delete cookies or delete browsing history to clear them out
