TV shows not days are not a good as they were better back in the day, with few exception now like drame or action or comedy show.
So why is that? Got any idea?
One thing that have not change is of in program MTV although music and tv show itself had.

Ther's so much more space to fill now. Back in the 1980s the UK had 4 terrestrial channels (and not all of those in some parts), and I certainly don't remember many of my friends having cable. Nowadays you can get umpteen channels via Freeview and squillions more on cable and satellite, easy as you like.
Also, TV is pretty much a 24-hour thing on the main channels; no "closedown" followed by endless pages of Ceefax - still more space to fill.

Were they even better in the 60's and 70's than in the 80's and 90's? It might have to do with your age.

i don't think there were any better, actually the quality if television show has improved over the years!
