I lost my periods at 15 after losing a lot of weight due to illness, im now 19 and have been a healthy weight for two years now, is there anything i can take to encourage them.

Talk to your doctor and she what he/she thinks. (After two years on Depo-Provera, I can certainly understand how you might not feel like a "woman" not having a period.) Birth control pills may help you get it back in gear.

Have u seen your GYN? and if not then you should best ask him/her for this advise. Its not a good idea to take rondom answers. If you have no insurance, simply visit a free clinic and then go from there. Hope this helps:)
