No it isn't fair and it sucks BUT I'm sure NBC had no idea that Heroes would be so popular and they didn't make enough episodes to fill the season.

It seems pretty rare these days for a network to show a season from start to finish without any "breaks".

Now there's even a fall season and a spring season, with a huge break in many major shows from mid november through february.

I checked the Bill of Rights and it didn't say anything about TV schedule procrastination. Apparently it is fair.

all shows go on hiatus....it is just something we have to deal with..personally i would rather have 3 or 4 weeks of new shows then 3-4 weeks of repeats than to have 13 weeks of new shows then 13 weeks of repeats....

that's a LONG time to wait. are they hosting the march madness? maybe that is why there is such a long wait. or maybe they didn't make enough episodes
