I suggest this reverse phone lookup service: http://reversephone.toptips.org

It's a cheap service that works great!
It could be used for a much deeper search. You can use it to get hold of different varieties of background reports, and in addition cell numbers, addresses and names..
you can get unlimited reports... I ran with this because I required to verify more numbers. You can get the name, other phone number, address history, relatives, and much more about anyone!
The completly free reverse phone lookup generally doesn't provide anything interesting. To get interesting information, money will must be paid. The free searches don't provide considerably more than what may be found through the phone directory.
The reverse phone detective search tool does work, but you should use just the service that I posted above. The last thing you want to do, is pay for a service and find the numbers you want to lookup are not available in their directory.
The service that I reccomend doesn't have any kind of problem , you won't get any bad surprise!

Reverse Phone Number Look Up Services

Any idiot knows not to send naughty text messages. Anything you send in digital format can be intercepted by law enforcement. Anything you "deleted" can either be recovered through your service provider or from the hardware in the cell phone. You're busted, now they can gather all the evidence they need to build a slam-dunk case against you. All the info they get from your phone will be used as evidence against you in court, so you may wish to consider either hiring an attorney or just pleading guilty---because not guilty is probably not an option at this point. Next time (after you get out of jail) you'll probably be more careful about how you conduct business, but now I'm purely speculating.

This is the best option for a reverse phone number lookup https://tr.im/721a7
Receiving a one or two hang up calls each month is probably nothing to worry about, but when those calls increase in frequency and if it happens in the middle of the night then you must do something to stop it, before it starts affecting your life. With the help of this services you can take away the one advantage these people have - their anonymity.

Yes they can. They can retrieve anything, call logs, messages sent/ received. The police will need some sort of warrant to obtain information from your network provider.

I'm afraid that they can. Your phone may not store deleted material, but your phone company does; they are required by law to keep them for 6 months.

It is possible but the police will probably need a court order.

Yeah, they can trace whatever you've sent or received; think about it bro: Why would they seize your phone if they had no chance of finding incriminating evidence?

Yes. NEVER send incriminating messages through cell phones, emails, text messages, or answering machines. A kid I know once programmed his answering machine to answer: "The mushrooms are all gone, so QUIT CALLING." He was promptly arrested for conspiracy a couple days later.
