I currently have Comcast and it is too expensive, I like the high speed internet and being able to use my phone and computer at the same time.

The key question is 'high speed' where netzero and AOL are primarly dialup (although aol now has broadband which is on top of the comcast bill)
Tell comcast that you are looking at a competter for a better deal then they might give you a special rate (I have known some friends of mine to do this).
Here are some others you might look into (links in sources)
Clearwire special is around 20/mo
If charter is in the area (almost same as comcast for pricing)
DSL service might be had around 15-20/mo.
I would never recommend AOL unless you are currently on it as it restricts your 'surfing' to sites they want you to view (ie: keywords)

Lots of people will tell you that their ISP has the lowest price but there is nothing like doing the comparisons for your self
