No. It was even shown that Scooter wasn't the first person to mention that Plame was a CIA employee...let alone covert, which is highly questionable. The ONLY thing he did was mispeak on the sequence of events and he claimed that was merely a lapse in memory because it was so inconsequential at the time.
So what is going on is that the Libs couldn't get Rove or Cheney, so they went gunning for Libby...yet Sandy Berger gets off with community service for stealing Top Secret documents!!

No. Plame was not a covert agent. Even her neighbors knew she was CIA. What they got libby on was he lied a couple of times about who he told what to under oath. I think the whole thing is a trumped up load of *****. The dems and the press got libby on nothing.

If you don't have a decent newspaper to rely on, watch CNN. On this topic, avoid Fox News--they're acting really weird today--throwing political comments around like this was not a trial but a campaign.
