Of course not.
No doubt they don't even read the violation reports and ignore at least half of the replies contesting them. They get so many no doubt. What they need to do is have volunteer moderators to look at initial reports then pass on the ones to them that they think should stick, or unsure of. That would bring the numbers way down. Furthermore the person that sends in the false report should be docked 20 points or suspended for a day or 2.
