What should I do to study in US(undergrad Program)?

I have done only IELTS, the score is 7. Is it enough to apply for various colleges and universities in US? If not what should I do. I am also wishing to study in college with tution fee not exceeding $6000.

I don't know anything about the IELTS, but I think you should start by deciding WHAT you want to study. Then you can research schools that offer that major. Then you can research what they cost. THEN you can determine whether you might be accepted or not.

What are your goals for your education and for what you hope to do with it after you graduate? That's the most important question.
