You can never stop worrying. A miscarriage can happen at week of pregnancy. However, your chances greatly decrease as soon as you reach your second trimester (around 13 or 14 weeks).

Just after the first trimester....(12 weeks) But late miscarriages can occur at any time but not nearly as often...my mom had one. Usually you would have pain/bleeding with a miscarriage. There is the RARE occasion that you don't have symptoms and when they do the 12 week ultrasound discover that they cannot find the baby's heart rate. I worried too ALL during my pregnancy re: miscarriage etc. Now, at 39 weeks and 2 days, I worry about stillbirth. I am just a worry wart which is not healthy either. I can tell you to relax girl and enjoy the pregnancy, but i could not even take my own advice.

It is true, your chances of miscarriage drop hugely after 12 weeks, but there is still a chance. I nearly miscarried the baby I am carrying now when I was 16 weeks, we were both very lucky as I got to hospital on time and they managed to stop the contractions!
You can miscarry without pain, but not without bleeding! The only possibility of losing your baby without either pain or bleeding is if it dies inside you, and then the doctors would have to induce the birth to remove the fetus, this is quite rare though, your body will usually reject and get rid of the baby automatically if something is wrong.
After 22 weeks, your baby then would be a "birth", and not a miscarriage, as it is a viable person by then, although the odds of it surviving so young are quite low.
I have been crossing off the days after my near-miscarriage, as I was diagnosed with a high-risk pregnancy shortly afterwards. Now, at 31 weeks, I can breathe easy, but I know how you are feeling!
Just try to stay calm, and good luck!

The risk of miscarriage decreases significantly after the first trimester. Once you reach week 13, most people feel confident enough to announce it to their friends and family. Of course a miscarriage could happen at any time. Once you are past week 13, miscarriage without pain or bleeding is rare. Good luck!

Miscarriage vary from women to women. They can vary from no pain to lots of pain and others vary from lots of blood to no blood. The chance of miscarriage from week 4 to week 13 is 25 %. From when you see a heart beat or from 13 - 16 weeks its 5 % the 16-24 weeks its 1%. They are most commen in 1st pregnancy although they can happen anytime. and i have heard it most commen at 8 weeks although im not sure why. I got this info from a miscarriage clinic book. The women who did not no sometimes admited that things did not feel right. My friend had a slilent miscarriage at 9 weeks but did not no till 12 weeks in a scan. You really should not worry if you can. Al;though im sure all women do. I miscarried at 8 weeks and had spotting with no pain for a week before then 10 minutes of pain and a lot of blood for about 10 monutes then it eased off again. Please please dont worry, any concerns you have check with your doctor. Their is every chance you could be ok.

Miscarriages generally happen in the first trimester, so after 12 weeks you should be able to worry a little less, but they can happen at any time in a pregnancy. As long as the baby looks healthy during the second trimester everything should be just fine. Good Luck and God Bless!

All miscarriages are very painful. So if you do not have bleeding or alot of pain, stop worrying.
You actually do more harm than good worrying. You worry and so does your little one. Try to stop thinking about it. You have no control over a miscarriage besides the obvious-- stay away from abusive people, don't fall and eat well.
Good Luck!! And stop worrying!!

by 12 weeks your chances have greatly decreased-by 20 weeks your chances of having a late miscarriage have almost disappeared. It is very rare to have a miscarriage without your body telling you in same way or another, you would know.

I think around 14.
I stopped worrying at 16.
I was pregnant with twins. They died at 10 weeks, and I miscarried at 12 weeks. (I didn't know they had been dead.)
I bled a LOT. The doc said she thought I would need a blood transfusion, and she had never seen that much blood.
However, the pain wasn't really that unbearable. I started miscarrying in the doctors office, and was like my water broke....there was a huge gush of blood and water. But the cramps were like a really bad period. The blood was the scariest part. They did a d&c immediately.
I honestly did not have much pain.
