Currently 2 bed aparts are renting for around 2500 a month in New York City.

A 2-bedroom condo down there will be dirt cheap - literally. Since everything will be burned up from the flames, you should be able to buy real estate for a song - literally. You have a lot of time on your hands, don't you to think up a question like this? :)
