As far as I know there is nothing in the universe that "no move" Everything is in motion. But motion is hard to determine in space. However, everything out there is either gaining or loosing distance to another object.

No. Relativity says that motion only exists relative to other things. Each individual thing in the universe can be considered to be at rest with the universe moving around it.

No it can't. Relativity explains movement in relation to motion.
