"Let me have men about me that are fat,
Sleek-headed men, and such as sleep a-nights"
I have my eng. lit final exam day after tomorrow...please help me fast!!

It means that though Ceaser was the undoubted ruler of the Roman Empire,he had an insecurity in his mind.He tells Mark Antony this linewhen they see Cassius .Ceaser is afraid of Cassius's nature and he thus asks Mark Antony to only let well-fed,well-slept and sleek headed men near him.This sort of men have no ambition and are of the richer sections of the society.Thus Ceaser shall not be threatened by them as they are contended with their lives.Best of lucks for your english exam,hope you score good marks.

It means that you want to have contented, complacent, lazy people around you rather than those who are always thinking, plotting, scheming (sleek-headed may refer to someone whose brow is not furrowed as if in concentration or thought).

Considering that Caesar was assassinated as the result of a conspiracy, this passage makes sense.

i am studing this in my class also and i also asked what it means

it means that fat man are hearty. they enjoy life and are merry. they ejoy there food. he is saying that he doesn't trust cassius because he is thin and he doesn't enjoy life as much.
