what happened ur xbox and what dya think of xbox support?
I think the xbox support team are USELESS and Helpless!
Please gimme your opinions?!

Had 2 replacement 360's when they first came out - Both suffered the red ring of death - 3rd one has been fine (if the fan is a little noisy). Had no problems with Micro$oft personally - they happily replaced both, the whole process taking around 2 to 3 weeks from sending one off to getting another one back.

xbox and the whole microsoft gaming thing is C R A P! worst consoles ever made xbox and the 360! for proper gaming try either Playstation 2 or Nintendo Wii!!! games that are good with brilliant customer support!
NOT the PS3 though its C R A P, just like the 360!!!!!!

if ur xbox is broken y didnt u take it back to the shop u bought it from? instead of getting in touch with the useless xbox team??

My 360 is great! Customer support is good. Just treat your xbox with respect... lol

iv had mine forever and took it everywhere and its still like new, jeez what did u guys do to ur xboxes? thrown them on the ground?
