I wear my makeup like that always!
You need to slightly shut your eye start from the middle being very slow and go out towards the edge getting a tiny bit thicker... then fill in the other half of your eyelid thin!
Give it a sec or 2 to dry before opening your eyes and Voila!

Do your eye makeup before you put on anything else, especially foundation. (This will help if you smudge!) Try to keep your hands steady. Work with the liner in your dominant hand and place the other hand at the bottom corner of your eye and pull it taut gently. With the hand holding the liner, approach your eyelid from your brow, resting your hand against your face. Work from the inner to outer corner. Try to stay close to your lash line, and avoid "skipping". You may need a "Q-Tip" or eyemake remover to get it right.
Good Luck!

Get one that has a stiffer tip...It'll be easier to put on. Start from the inner corner of your eye and work your way outward...make the line thicker as you move towards the outter corner of the eye and extend the line out and a little up!
Good luck

if you put the mirror under ur chin slightly u will be able to see a good guide line to draw along.
start on the inside of your eye so it does not smudge.
if you start thin and get thicker you should get the desired look
if you want to add more get a eyeliner pencil and pull up the top of ur eye and draw along the line you see.
hope it helps you get the 60s look u want

try using the cream eyeliner from MAC. you apply it with a brush and it's a little thicker than liquid. hold your eyelid taut with one hand and start at the inner corner with a fine line, tilt the brush to get a wider line toward the center and through to the outer corner. then if you'd like you can wing just past the corner. hope this helps

Start with a thin line in the middle corner of your eye and then fan it out more toward the edges. It will give you that 60's look.

stretch the eyelid and start from the inside going very slowly outwards. as you get towards the outer side of the eye try and make it thicker by applying more. depending on the shape of your eyes you could either go up at the end. which will make the eye appear wider.

it must be on the tip genuine above the lining & on genuine of your lashes. I do mine on a daily basis & it particularly is a appropriate line. human beings continually question me how do i'm getting the line so neat & appropriate? liquid eyeliner is extremely problematic, you may shop training & positioned on it on a daily basis to get it the type you want it! liquid eyeliner is likewise unique looking, much extra effectual then pencil liner this is boring!

to start with small dabs along the eye. then when youve gone all the way along just go back and go over the dabs with a line.
dabbing helos to get close to the lash, then when you redo it you already have a line to use.
i practice too it helps because the more your familiar with the lines of your eye the easier and quicker it become!
