roadkill? I found this possum that looks fresh, but the taste the tires left is awful! What can i do to get rid of it and have it ready for lunch when my sweet'un gets home? I wanna serprise her!

spray a lil wd40 on it furst, then rinse real good.i was afeared you was a gonna talk about that thar pricy@ss gum they sell in them thar mashins in the mens room at the gas station. that crap is waaay too much fer one itty bitty pees, and it tastes more rubbry than any possum you ever et!

Take off your shoe and use it to beat the heck out of the meat to tenderize it.

You should skin it that way the tire marks would come off with the skin.

first, when you skin it you gotta take off the anal glands, careful like..... then soak 'er 3,4 hours in a mild brine/vinegar solution, with a little bit of papaya juice added.... then take 'er out'n soak in branch water, 'n heat yer oven up good 'n hot....well you know the rest....
