This is my first pregnancy, and I had no clue. I had been TTC for about 4-5 months, and I had gotten my hopes up real high the previous months. At this point I had expected the test to be negative again, but it was positive! I was 2 days late with my period, and that got me thinking cause I've been almost 2 days late before. But I really had no symptoms or a clue to let me know I was pregnant. Congrats on this pregnancy and Good Luck!

We had only tried to get pregnant for one month, so i didn't think i was pregnant. I mean, most people i know try for several months before conceiving. Anyway, my cycles were never normal, usually around 30-35 days between periods. I took the test on day 33 of my cycle b/c i had a doctor appt for an eye infection and they were going to give me a steriod injection. Not knowing if the steroid was safe, i took the test "just to be sure". I almost fell off the toilet when the test came back positive!! I had been have my regular menstrual cramps all week!!! But, here we are, 37 weeks later and anxiously waiting the birth of our daughter!

I only have one child and when I got preganant, I really didnt know at first. I knew I was late but I was thinking just that. Then every morning I was going to work with ginger-ale and coffee because I was sick and it still didnt hit me. I was convinced I had a virus or something not putting 2 & 2 together still, then I started getting this horrible indigestion and it was constant. This is when I thought maybe, but probably not. Then my husband really thought I was so he came home with the test and he was right and I was completely shocked. I was like 6 weeks when I went to the doctor after I took the test. I guess I was in denial and scared to death but to say the least, it was all worth it because now I have a beautiful 6 month old son who changed my whole life forever.

My experience sounds the same as yours. With my first I just knew it. Still took the test to confirm but I already was 100% I was pregnant. This time (currently pregnant) I had no idea. We have been TTC for 2 1/2 years and it was nothing unusual for me to be late and to my surprise.....pregnant!

My first 2 pregnancies, I was totally clueless. However, this pregnancy I knew the day after we concieved. I don't know how but I remember telling my husband that I was pregnant. And sure enough, here I am #3 on the way.

my oldest is 10 and her little bro is 19 months old. He was a shocker. I had been told that my chances of conceiving were about 10% but needed to remain on the pill to fix the irregularities in my cycle. My husbands company Christmas party was the turning point! I drank everything the bar had and then some. Next day I was hung-over(of course) but the following day I STILL was sick. Then the feeling came over me like a tidal wave. When I took the test I swear it turned before I peed on it!!!
Should of see the faces on the parents when you get to tell them your pregnant when you weren't trying and was told you couldn't. The doctor even said to me "How are you pregnant?" I said "Doc I know HOW it happens....."

We had sex only after ovulation. I did not think there was a chance at all that we were pregnant--no symptoms at all. I took a test after I missed my period, then every 2 days. I was confused at why I was late since I was never late. Then finally on day 7 after missed period, it turned up as positive. I only felt a bit of nausea after a positive test.

Yes i knew. With my first pregnancy i missed a period. But i started eating tomato soup for lunch and dinner. Sometime i craved for it when i woke up. Even my co-workers kept teasing me that i might be pregnant. They never saw me eat so much tomato soup. I like tomato soup but not like that. Went to get tested. Was at work when i got the call. All my co-workers new before my husband. He still thinks he was the first to know though. Shhhhh......lol
I agree with that gut feeling as well. Congratulations on your shock.
Take care and good luck.

I was completely clueless. I was more than 3 weeks late on my period and horribly sick. I thought I had the flu. My fiance kept saying that I was and I was like... uh I think I would know.
Finally his mom brought over a pregnancy test... and it was an instant positive. I was in shock.
I am thrilled now. I am 15.4 weeks along
